Spring has sprung: What better way to celebrate the gifts of the season than with delicious local food ….and wine!

In collaboration with Cork & Coast and Cornerfield Wine, we bring you a unique dinner event on the brink of Summer.

Chef Wyatt DuCharme has crafted a decadent menu that will be heightened by pairings with the bright, delicate, and bold flavours from Bayfield’s own Cornerfield Winery.

What’s included:

Sunset access to the farm.

4 course meal with wine pairings.

Live music with a classical vibe by Bayfield’s own Martha Lawrance.

A sample of culinary lavender to take home.

What’s on the menu:

1st course: Roasted beet salad with dill, citrus, apple, pecans, smoked buttermilk dressing.

2nd course: Seared chilli marinated Coho salmon, cucumber dressing, shaved spring vegetables.

3rd course: 24 hour brined pork loin, asparagus, potato doughnut with mustard tarragon sauce.

Dessert: Seabuckthorn basque cheesecake, almond praline, coconut cremeux, lavender meringue.

Please note:

Due to the nature of this event, we cannot accommodate food restrictions. If you have allergies but are looking for a lovely lavender dinner experience, we have an Evening Picnic on July 12^th that may be able to accommodate.

Upon your arrival:

Follow the sign towards the lavender. We’ll greet you and guide you to the seating area. Depending on the size of your group, you may have your own table or might be seated with some brand new friends!

Booking & Cancellation

Payment is due at time of booking to secure your spot.

WEATHER: We will be outdoors for this event, be prepared with what you wear.

IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL: We ask that you pass your ticket onto a friend and let us know their contact info so that we can be in touch with them.

IF WE NEED TO CANCEL: Refund will be offered, less a $25 non-refundable deposit per ticket.
