A bright, soothing, refreshing tea that's great any time of the day. Perfect when you crave a sense of calm and one of the best blends for headaches or an upset stomach.

The aromatic differences between the lavender and peppermint compliment each other well: the menthol balances well with the floral. Caffeine free. 

Ingredients: Peppermint leaves, Bayfield Lavender buds, dried lemon peel

All herbs grown on the farm are grown naturally, using no sprays. 

Directions: Steep a teaspoon or two (in your favourite infuser or reusable tea bag) in hot water for 3-5 mins (or longer if you like it strong). Sit back. Relax. You're doing great.
